Rick Ulmer

Chief Executive Officer
McGriff Insurance Services, Inc.

Rick Ulmer is chief executive officer of McGriff Insurance Services, Inc., which operates more than 130 agencies in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.

With more than 28 years of insurance experience, Mr. Ulmer was named chief executive officer in 2018 after serving as president and CEO of the former Regions Insurance Group. He joined Regions Insurance in 2013 as a regional executive.

He previously served as a managing director for another leading national broker as sales leader and industry executive, and has held several other leadership roles in the insurance industry.

Ulmer earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Wes Dasher

McGriff Insurance Services, Inc.

Wes Dasher is president of McGriff Insurance Services, Inc. Mr. Dasher was named president in 2007 after serving as chief agency executive officer since 2003. He was promoted to regional agency manager for South Carolina and Tennessee in 2000.

In 1998, when McGriff Insurance Services, Inc. acquired Columbia, SC-based Boyle-Vaughan Associates, Mr. Dasher was named agency manager. He worked as a commercial/corporate lender for the former NationsBank before joining Boyle-Vaughan as a surety producer in 1995.

Mr. Dasher earned his bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina. He is an active member of his church in Columbia and serves on several local boards, including Hammond School, the South Carolina Youth Shooting Foundation and the South Carolina Transportation Council.

Martin Loth

President and Chief Executive Officer
BB&T Insurance Services of California, Inc.

Martin Loth is responsible for leadership and management of BB&T Insurance Services of California, Inc. He is also a member of the management team that directs BB&T’s national Employee Benefits strategy.

In 2007, after various senior leadership roles with a leading insurance brokerage, Mr. Loth joined McGriff, Seibels & Williams, a wholly owned subsidiary of BB&T Insurance Holdings, Inc. He was appointed to his current position a year later.

Mr. Loth earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge. He also is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business Executive Program and has completed graduate studies at Pepperdine University.

Active in community affairs, Mr. Loth is a board member of the Volunteers of America Southwest Corporation and the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics at California State University-Northridge.

Jon Trevisan

Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits Practice Leader

Jon Trevisan manages the Employee Benefits Division of McGriff Insurance Services, Inc.

Mr. Trevisan joined McGriff in 2017 after more than 20 years with another leading national broker and its predecessor companies, including 12 years in senior leadership positions. He began his career as an underwriter at Cigna.

Mr. Trevisan is a former vice chairman and chairman of the Council of Employee Benefits Executives (a part of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers), and also participates on the national advisory councils of several insurance companies.

He is a contributor to Bloomberg BusinessWeek, Business Insurance, Employee Benefit News, Employee Benefit Advisor, Institute for Healthcare Consumerism and Benefits Selling. Trevisan earned his bachelor's degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

Mike Arnaud

Senior Vice President, Personal Lines
McGriff Insurance Services, Inc.

Mike Arnaud manages the Personal Lines Division of McGriff Insurance Services, Inc., including the Family Risk Management Practice and Personal Lines Sales Center.

Mr. Arnaud also manages the McGriff Insurance Services Client Center, which provides support services to the Personal Lines and Small Commercial Business segments.

He joined McGriff parent company BB&T in 2006 after serving in executive roles with Allstate, Fireman's Fund and Hartford Financial Services. Mr. Arnaud has served on the board of directors for State FAIR Plans and Neighborhood Housing Services. He also has served as an advisory board member for several insurance companies. He earned his bachelor's degree from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS.
