Health care is the most important issue in the United States right now, according to a new study by the non-partisan Employee Benefit Research Institute. The survey finds 26 percent of workers rank health care as the No. 1 issue in the nation, followed by immigration (18 percent), the role of the federal government (16 percent), and jobs (13 percent).
